How to create and send an invoice
- Open Invoices and click Create Invoice. From your dashboard, go to Invoices - your billing home base. A summary shows total invoiced, collected, and outstanding, and the table lists every invoice with its live payment status. Click Create Invoice to start a new one.
- Add the client, currency, and line items. Pick an existing client or type a custom name, set the due date, and choose the currency (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, or AUD). Then add each service with its price and quantity - TechoStop adds up the total for you.
- Preview, download, or email it. Open the invoice to see a clean, branded preview. Download it as a professional PDF to send yourself, or email it straight to your client from inside TechoStop.
- Record payments as they arrive. When a client pays, open Record Payment and enter the amount - or hit Pay Full. TechoStop supports partial payments, tracks the remaining balance, and updates the status from not paid to partial to paid automatically.
- Track cash flow across currencies. Your summary shows total invoiced, collected, and outstanding, and a currency switcher lets you view each currency on its own. Amounts in different currencies are never added together.
