How to manage your team in TechoStop
- Open Employee Management and add a team member. Go to Employees in your dashboard - your hub for the whole team, with quick links to Payroll and Leave Requests. You'll see active employees and pending invitations. Click Add Employee to bring on someone new.
- Set their salary, currency, and leave rules. Enter the employee's name and email, their monthly salary and currency, the payout date, and how much leave they get per type. TechoStop uses these to drive payroll and time-off automatically.
- They accept and get their own dashboard. The employee receives an email invitation to accept. Once they join, they log into their own dashboard to see assigned tasks, payslips, meetings, and to request leave - seeing only what's relevant to them.
- Run payroll. The Payroll view shows every employee's salary, deductions, and net pay, with a clear paid or pending status. Track who's been paid each month so payday is organized and accurate.
- Approve leave requests. When an employee requests time off, it appears in Leave Requests with the type and dates. Approve or reject in one tap, and everyone stays on the same page about who's off and when.
